Attack!

Today's weight: 119 lbs

Total weight lost between May - Sept 2011: 18 lbs
Weight RE-GAINED since Sept 2011: 9 lbs

Breakfast:
Nothing

Lunch:
Chicken breast, salami

Snack:
Turkey meatballs, turkey bacon

Dinner:
Beef roast


Ummm...who gains four pounds in four days?!!  Sigh...


Although I know that the majority of those four pounds is probably water weight (at least I hope so!), I do feel like I need something to help me get my eating habits back under control.  Thus, I'm going to do the Attack phase for a day or two to get back on track, and then move on to the Cruise phase for a while.


I was really worried about being hungry & crabby today, but fortunately I didn't feel too hungry (just kept eating whenever I felt like it). Mood-wise, though, I was a bit crazy and had to keep apologizing to my two little boys for being so short-tempered with them. It really hit me how much I use food as a drug; without carbs, I was kind of a mess...


However, I survived!  We'll see how it goes tomorrow...
